Easy Chinese Chicken Salad

For the salad
1 head green or red cabbage, shredded or chopped
2 cups grapes (I like opposite the color of cabbage)
1 bunch green onion, chopped
3-4 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 packages Oriental-flavored ramen noodles
For the Dressing
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar or Splenda, to taste
2 Seasoning packets from noodles


1. Combine all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Whisk all dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
3. Toss and Enjoy
