| For the salad |
| 1 head green or red cabbage, shredded or chopped |
| 2 cups grapes (I like opposite the color of cabbage) |
| 1 bunch green onion, chopped |
| 3-4 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced |
| 2 packages Oriental-flavored ramen noodles |
| For the Dressing |
| 1/4 cup canola oil |
| 1/4 cup vinegar |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup sugar or Splenda, to taste |
| 2 Seasoning packets from noodles |
1. Combine all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Whisk all dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
