Caprese Salad


From Laura Anderson

Garden tomato, any variety, sliced
fresh mozarella balls, cut into slices or cubes
Fresh basil, cut into thin strips
salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil
balsamic vinegar, if desired

Combine tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, if desired. Salt and pepper, to taste.
